Assalamu Alaikum. It is a matter of great honor and privilege for me to present Annual Report along with audited financial statements of BASIC Bank Limited for the year 2019. In the meantime, we have started celebrating the 100th birth anniversary of our ‘Father of the Nation’ ‘Bangabandhu’ Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the architect of independence of Bangladesh, from the first day of March 2020. Now, on the occasion of 31st Annual General Meeting of BASIC Bank Limited I, on behalf of Board of Directors, would like to take the opportunity once again to pay my sincere tribute to our ‘Greatest National Leader’ and extend warm greetings to the representative of the lone shareholder, the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, nominated shareholder-Directors and the Bangladesh Bank Observer.
